Winnetka Raises $8,000 for Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter (Dec. 2005)

Our Winnetka office’s fundraiser at the Kohl Children’s Museum last month brought in more than $8,000 for the Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter.

The museum was closed to the public during the morning event, so the children who attended were able to explore and experience the exhibits, including the Baird & Warner-sponsored Hands On House, without crowds. Baird & Warner is the sole real estate sponsor of the museum’s construction-themed Hands On House that lets children not only “play house,” but also help build, landscape and decorate one.

Irena Svidovsky said that parents were able to spend some quality time with their children as well as support a worthy cause.

Bake Sale Raised More Than $1, 400 (July 2003)

The Winnetka office held a bake sale in concert with the "Taste of Winnetka" on Friday & Saturday, July 18-19.

Home baked goodies and donated desserts
were sold to benefit The Good Will Network.

In addition to raising more than $1,400
for The Good Will Network,
the Winnetka office enjoyed greeting friends
in the community and even a clown --
namely, special guest, Ronald McDonald.

Ronald McDonald participated as The Ronald McDonald House is one of the The Good Will Network's benefitting charities.
